1. Acceptance of Terms

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

• You must not share your k8k login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or k8k support staff;

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform;
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

k8k's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your k8k account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

14. Amendments to Terms

• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be closed);
• At your request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the k8k Platform will immediately cease. k8k will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds in accordance with these Terms, subject to completion of any required verification procedures. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting k8k support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and k8k. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or pursue resolution through the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
